On Wednesday, FIFA approved the tournament of Arab Cup to be held every four years as an international competition.
In addition, the council approved Qatar's request to host the tournament for three successive editions: 2025, 2029, and 2033.
The decision of the FIFA said: "At the request of the Qatar Football Association, Qatar will host the tournament in 2025, 2029 and 2033, which will follow the principle of an invitational competition not included in the International Match Calendar."
In 2021, Qatar hosted the first edition of the FIFA Arab Cup, and it witnessed the participation of 16 Arab national teams.
Algeria won the tournament after stunning Tunisia 2-0 in the final.
