CAIRO, Jan. 26 (SEE)- Here is a yummy snack or breakfast and a perfect choice while on diet; whether to lose or fix weight, or even when just feel hungry during a busy day.
This small meal can keep you full for a long time, also it’s considered a rich source of nutrients like; fibers, carbohydrates, proteins, and healthy fats.
Ingredients
1 cup oats
2 cup milk
¼ cup water
2 tsp vanilla
½ tsp cinnamon
2 tsp coconut
4 Tbsp honey
Nuts & cocoa (if desired)
Recipe
In a small dry pot and over a medium heat, toast both oats and coconut –while keeping a flipping motion- for 5 minutes or till getting a golden color.
After that, add water then milk and let them boil.
Lift the pot away from heat then add cinnamon, vanilla, honey and nuts.
Row cocoa can also be added, if you are a chocolate-lover kind of person.
Finally, whatever presented hot or cold, it’s ultimately irresistible and tasty.
