Extremely Hot Weather Continues to Hit Egypt on Friday

The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts that the country will continue to witness a rise in the temperature and extremely hot weather, during daylight hours on Friday.

Extremely hot weather is foreseen to prevail in Cairo, Lower Egypt, South Sinai, and the South of the country.

Hot weather is also predicted to prevail in the Northern coasts.

It is foreseen that the hot conditions will continue to Monday due to the heat wave that broke out in Egypt on April 28.

Furthermore, Mahmoud Shaheen, Director of the Weather Forecast Department at EMA, predicted winds will be active in Cairo, Lower Egypt, Northern coasts, and North Upper Egypt.

Pleasant weather is predicted to prevail across the country, at night.

Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 37C in Cairo, 31C in Alexandria, 32C in Marsa Matruh, 39C in Sohag, 39C in Qena, and 41C in Aswan.
