EMA: Egypt Predicted to See Cold Weather on Friday

The Egyptian Meteorological Authority expects that by Friday cold weather will prevail during the day on Greater Cairo and the northern coasts.

Moderate weather in northern Upper Egypt, warm weather in South Sinai and southern Upper Egypt and very cold weather at night in all parts, reaching the point of frost in central Sinai and northern Upper Egypt.

Mist is predicted in the early hours of the morning on Friday on some roads leading to and from Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, the northern coasts, the Suez Canal cities, central Sinai and northern Upper Egypt.

Light rains are predicted on areas of the northern coasts at intermittent periods, and active winds in areas of South Sinai at intermittent periods.

From Saturday to Monday: mist is predicted in the early hours of the morning on some roads. 

On Tuesday, February mist is expected in the early hours of the morning on some roads leading to and from Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, northern coasts, Suez Canal cities, central Sinai and northern Upper Egypt. Active wind is predicted in areas of northern Upper Egypt and South Sinai at intermittent periods.

On Wednesday, mist is predicted in the early hours of the morning on some roads leading to and from Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, the northern coasts, the Suez Canal cities, central Sinai and northern Upper Egypt. Active winds are predicted in South Sinai at intermittent periods.
