El Mahallah came from behind on Tuesday to snatch a 2-1 victory over Zamalek in the Egyptian Premier League to secure their second victory in the league.
Ferjani Sassi had opened the scoring for White Knights in the 69th minute, when Imam Ashour lifted an excellent cross to El Mahallah's penalty area, where Sassi fired a powerful header into the net to make it 1-0.
Abdo Yehya levelled the scoring for the host in the 76th minute through a right-foot shot from a very close range to make it 1-1.
El Ekhmimi sealed the victory in the last minute of the game when he made use of a mistake, made by the White Knights' defenders to net the ball into the empty net.
Sassi was sent off in the 84th minute after he was shown the second yellow card due to a foul.
