El-Azhar Applauds Chelsea, Liverpool Procedures Concerning Salah

The Al-Azhar's Observatory for Combating Extremism praised the procedures of Liverpool and Chelsea taken against the racist chants against Liverpool star Mohamed Salah by some Chelsea fans, relating to his Arab Muslim origins.

The Observatory  Twitter on Saturday, their appreciation for Liverpool's position, which described the jeers as discriminatory and hateful, as well as Chelsea's reaction, as the club stressed the need to take appropriate actions against these inpiduals, which caused embarrassment to the vast majority of fans who refused these disgraceful chants,

The Al-Azhar Observatory to Combat Extremism encouraged FA and football federations around the world to promote the right atmosphere to spread the culture of accepting each other and rejecting hatred on football fields.
