El-Ahly management decided that the team will return to Equilateral Guinea the next day after the awaited CAF Champions League match against Guinean champions Canu Sport.
The match is set to take place next Saturday at 3:00 pm local Egyptian time as part of the 32 knockout stages of the African Champions League.
The board revealed that the team will leave Guinea on Sunday night and that the team will reach Cairo at the dawn of Monday.
Egypt's El-Ahly won the CAF Champions League Cup eight times, a historic record.
The two teams reached the 32nd round after Ahly beat South Sudan's Atlabara 13-0 on aggregate, (4-0 and 9-0) in the preliminary stage, and Cano Sport won against Ethiopia's Mekelle 3-2 on aggregate.
