Egypt's Special Forces performed a joint exercise (Hercules 21), which continued for several days for the first time in the Pyramos region in Greece.

They rehearsed and conducted various military exercises in Greece territory, Egypt’s media reported on Monday.

Egyptian Special forces took part in this exercise alongside Greece, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.

The latest training included the implementation of many military activities and events,  such as holding several theoretical and practical lectures in the field of combating terrorists, training in managing joint combat operations between the participating elements, training in fighting indoors and outdoors, hostage rescue, and medical evacuation, as well as work Air landing and Naval drills of special forces elements of the Thunderbolt and parachutes and raids.

It's worth noting that this Special Forces exercise comes to strengthen the strategic relationship that has been established and is recently being strengthened with the Arab countries and Egypt's allies.

"Series of various exercises with different allies improved our interoperability and is a testimony to the flexibility of our Armed forces," Egyptian Armed Forces officials pointed out.
