On Monday, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi stressed the need to end Palestinian political pision.

His statement coincided with the visit of the Egyptian intelligence chief to Gaza.

Earlier today, the head of Egyptian General Intelligence, Major General Abbas Kamel, will head to the Gaza Strip to hold meetings with Palestinian forces and factions, accompanied by ministers from the Palestinian Authority.

Sunday, Major General Kamel began a visit to the Israeli Occupation and Palestine, in which he discussed several files, the foremost of which was the establishment of a ceasefire with Gaza.
