RIYADH, JULY 6 ( SEE) The Egyptian Opera organized a second concert at the theater of Dar Al-Hekamah's University in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

The concert hosted the "Arabic Music Ensemble" led by Maestro Mostafa Helmi, in the presence of the Egyptian Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Hazem Ramadan, and Consuls of Arab and foreign countries.

Amid the cheers of the masses that shook the hall (Long Live Egypt), the Ensemble performed timeless classics' Songs for Umm Kulthum, Abdel Halim Hafez and others.

The Ensemble had performed its first concert on the stage of "Muftaha" in the city of Abha, which is one of the oldest theaters in the Kingdom.

After the ceremony, the Saudi public was keen to present greetings to the Minister of Culture Inas Abdel Daim, and called for the intensification of events, describing Egyptian arts as contributing to the formation of a large part of the Arab conscience.

Two concerts will be held in the kingdom on Sunday and Monday, July 8-9, within the activities of the "Okaz" market in the city of Ta'if.
