An Egyptian ministerial delegation arrives Tuesday, in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, within preparations for the meeting of the Iraqi-Egyptian Supreme Committee, which will be held next Saturday, headed by the prime ministers of the two countries.

The Iraqi official Al Sabah newspaper stated that "Egypt's Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly will join the technical delegation, next Saturday morning along with other ministers, to sign all protocols reached by the technical committees over the past period, which were held either in Egypt or Iraq."

The committee had discussed numerous files related to cooperation in the fields of energy, construction, agriculture, infrastructure, housing, industry, electricity, development, transportation, communications and water.

It is noteworthy that Iraqi Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein visited Cairo a few days ago and held a meeting with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, and delivered him a letter from Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi.
