Egyptian Folklore ensemble performs in Belgrade

BELGRADE, AUG 22( SEE)-The Egyptian Embassy in Serbia organized a special concert for the Folklore Ensemble at the Children's Cultural Centre in Belgrade as part of the International Folklore Festival Licidersko srce.

Ambassador Amr Al-Jouaili pointed out that Egypt participated for the first time in the festival to communicate with future generations in the Balkan region.

He added that the festival included various segments of the society both in terms of age and persity. "The ensemble participated in concerts throughout Serbia," he noted.

Choreography supervisor Nesma Gad el-Haq has been keen to offer folklore performances from different Egyptian governorates.

Licidersko srce is the largest children's festival in Eastern and Southern Europe.
