"The dress is from my new collection which I posted on Instagram. The banner's stylist Yasmin Essa saw it and contacted me to take photos of the dress," Othman said.

The Egyptian designer pointed out that the draped dress is made up of the red chiffon and consumed a lot of time and fabrics. I used 19 meters of chiffon; 12 meters for the skirt only.

"I took six days to finish the dress and this is a relatively long time for making a dress," she added.

The success of this dress lays in its design which is characterized by simplicity and elegance of details as well as the strong red color.

Beginning of Othman's Career in Fashion

After finishing her secondary school, Othman, before joining a faculty to study media and marketing, traveled to London to study fashion.

Her study was about knowing the requirements of the fashion industry like types of fabrics, patterning, design, and good finishing.

"The secret of the success of any design that it should be suitable for who wear it, resemble her spirit and personality, and give the feeling of being comfortable," she said, noting that elegance doesn't mean wearing uncomfortable clothes.

Othman said: "I love dresses rather than pants because they give any woman a feminine personality combined with respect and elegance."

It is worth noting that Othman has her brand called "Zahan" - a Persian word means back to the origins.
