Egypt to See Pleasant Weather on Wednesday, Rain Expected in Most Parts

The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) expected pleasant weather to prevail in most parts of the country, during daylight hours on Wednesday.

Moderate weather is also expected to hit South Sinai, Red Sea Mountain trail, and South Upper Egypt.

The country will also witness mist on agricultural and highway roads.

There are chances of rainfall prevailing in most of parts in Egypt. EMA highlighted that rain is expected to fall in Cairo and Suez Canal cities by 40%.

The percentage of rainfall is increased to 60% in the northwest costs and the north of Lower Egypt.

Northwest would see rainfall by 50%, and the percentage would drop to 30% in the north of Upper Egypt.

Strong mist will prevail on all highways near Cairo, Lower Egypt, the northern coast, Canal cities, Sinai, and the north of Upper Egypt.

Meanwhile, moderately cold weather is set to hit most of the country, at nighttime, turning to cold toward the end.

Extremely cold weather will also prevail in the Northeastern Coast, Red Sea Mountain trail, and North Upper Egypt.

Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 20°C in Cairo, 19°C in Alexandria, 19°C in Matruh, 21°C in Sohag, 20°C in Qena, and 22°C in Aswan.
