Egypt to See Hot Weather on Monday, Cairo 29C

The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts hot weather to prevail in Cairo, Lower Egypt, South Sinai, and North Upper Egypt, during daylight hours on Monday.

Extremely hot weather is also predicted to prevail in South Upper Egypt and moderate weather to prevail in Northern coasts.

It is also foreseen that the country will witness a remarkable decline in the temperature in most of the region.

Furthermore, Mahmoud Shaheen, Director of the Weather Forecast Department at EMA, predicted winds will be active in Cairo, Lower Egypt, Northern coasts, the south of the country, and South Sinai.

There are also chances of light rain prevailing in the Northwestern coasts, with intermittent periods.

Pleasant weather is predicted to prevail in Cairo, Lower Egypt, and Northern coasts, at night.

It is also foreseen that moderate weather will prevail in South Sinai, North and South Upper Egypt.

Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 29C in Cairo, 22C in Alexandria, 20C in Marsa Matruh, 34C in Sohag, 35C in Qena, and 40C in Aswan.
