The Egyptian National team succeeded in beating Niger in the friendly game by 3-0 that was hosted at Borg Al Arab Stadium, Friday night.
Two of Egypt’s three goals were scored by world-famed star Mohamed Salah, while the third was scored by the French Nantes star Mostafa Mohamed.
The game was the first test for new head coach Rui Vitoria, who took the charge of the Pharaohs, succeeding former coach Ihab Galal.
A week ago, the Pharaohs made a camp in Alexandria in order to prepare for two friendlies against Niger and Liberia.
The Egyptian national team failed to reach the 2022 World Cup after being defeated by Senegal in March.
Also, they failed to claim the Africa Cup of Nation, held in Cameroon in January after being beat by Senegal on penalties in the final.
