Egypt, Burundi Discuss Boosting Military Cooperation- Video

Egyptian Armed Forces Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Mohamed Farid met with his Brundi's counterpart Prime Niyongabo, who is currently visiting Egypt.

 

The meeting tackled ways to support joint military cooperation between the armed forces of Egypt and Burundi in many fields.

 

Farid hailed the long-standing historical ties between Egypt and Burundi, pointing to the consensus between both countries' leaderships towards supporting security and stability efforts in the region.

On his part, the Burundi senior official affirmed his country's keenness to enhance military cooperation with Egypt during the next stage, expressing his deep appreciations for the Egyptian Armed Forces' efforts in all fields.

 

Moreover, both sides discussed the latest key regional and international issues of common interests.
