Education Ministry announces application for Japanese schools online

The student application to the Egyptian-Japanese schools for the academic year 2018/19 was activated online through the ministry’s website on Monday, Spokesman for the Education and Technical Education Ministry Ahmed Khayre announced

In press statements, the spokesman said that students can apply for admission to these schools through the ministry's website (https://ejs4students.moe.gov.eg/).

These schools serve middle-income strata, the spokesman said, adding the fees for the new academic year 2018/19 will be EGP 10,000.

The vacancies will be allocated to the student based on home-school distance and the statutory school age of the students, he added.

The schools are built in 22 governorates; Cairo, Giza Qaliubiya, Sharqiyah, Damietta, Port Said, Alexandria, Beni Suef, Daqahilya, Menoufiya, Qena, Ismailia, Minya, Assiut, Marsa Matrouh, Fayyoum, Gharbiya, Beharia, Red Sea, South Sinai, Aswan and Suez, he said.

The schools will apply a modern education system and advanced curriculum with the view of instilling good character traits in students and developing their personality.
