LONDON, SEPT 8 (SEE)- The Dylan Thomas Prize announced on Friday that the 2019 International Literary Award, valued at £ 30,000, will be awarded for the best English-language publication written by a 39-year-old author or younger.

The deadline for submission of the literary works is November 7, with the winner being announced at the final awards ceremony next May in Wales.
