Florent Ibengé, DR Congo coach, announced on Tuesday his 23-man squad for the upcoming African Cup of Nations, to be held in Egypt from 21 June to 19 July.
The Leopards, pooled in Group A alongside Egypt, Zimbabwe, and Uganda, will begin their mission against Uganda on June 22 at Cairo Stadium.
Ibengé's squad witnessed the absence of Zamalek forward Kabongo Kasongo, who is on loan to Al Wahda FC, Junior Kabanga, who plays for FC Astana, Stoke City F.C player Benic Avoobi, and Neeskens Kebano, who plays as a midfielder in Fulham F.C.
