Do You think You’re fat? Well, You ARE!

opinion .

I’ll tell you something if you think you're fat then you are with no doubt a fat person but really just own it. I mean who said it's a bad thing? Because unless it's seriously affecting your health, it isn't.

You think you're too skinny or in other words flat? Well, again you probably are, but it's fine so, own it. And again unless it's seriously harming your health, it's fine.

We grow up with this pressure to look a certain way because otherwise we're not beautiful enough but really we should just stop that and stand in front of the mirror and look at ourselves, really look at ourselves, with our own eyes and not with anyone else’s just our eyes.

Only then can we decide if we want to change something in the way we look. Because 99% of the time we don't want to change for ourselves but for the people around us, be it your boyfriend or your family but you're so much more than that.

If you really want to change make sure you're doing it for yourself and yourself only because everyone and everything else is perishable because in reality we are alone and we only have our own self to support us.

Yes, sometimes we have family and friends, but really we don't need them. Yes, it's nice to have support but it isn't essential and we need to learn how to not just survive but live without it since it can never be constant.

If you can't be your own supporter and backbone then you'll probably break as easily as a glass, if you can't love yourself and have that love be enough then no one else will ever love you and if you can't be contented with yourself, then you'll never be happy.

We all need to love ourselves before looking to please others. So, if you love yourself and you feel happy when you're 'fat' or 'flat', stay just the way you're and if anyone tells you to change, show them where the door is and never let anyone make you insecure.

P.S: I in no way support or encourage obesity, anorexia, or any kind of unhealthy lifestyle.
