Deputy Speaker Abou El-Enein Extends Condolences over Train Crash

On Friday, Deputy Speaker Mohamed Abou El-Enein offered his deepest condolences to Egyptian grieving families and wished those, who have injured a quick recovery from Sohag's horrific train accident.

In a phone call-in with Sada El Balad TV, Aboul Enein expressed his "deepest condolences ... following the horrific two trains collision in Upper-Egypt," urging the adoption of all necessary measures to prevent the recurrence of such horrific incidents. 

In the same context,  Aboul Enein announced that he will head to Sohag to visit the injured and follow-up on measures taken to deal with the deadly accident.

Aboul Enein also offered to help treat the victims. Speaking to Ala Masoulity program on Sada Elbald TV on Friday, the member of Egypt's parliament, Aboul Enein said, "We demand urgent inquiry into the causes of the incident."

Moreover, the Parliament’s deputy speaker pledged tough punishment for those responsible for the crash disaster.
