Culture Min. Attends Inauguration of Romanian Theater Festival

In a fascinating summer evening in Alexandria, Dr. Enas Abdel Dayem, Minister of Culture, and Dr. Magdy Saber, Head of the Egyptian Opera House, attended the Inauguration of The Romanian Theater Festival; it began with presenting a concert for "Ayamna El Helwa Ensemble" led by Maestro Mohamed Osman.

Abdel Dayem stressed that the cultural activities held throughout Egypt aim to spread the enlightenment for developing society.

She assured the intensification of the activities in the coastal areas during the summer period to attract the public from different governorates. The governorates are witnessing the implementation of an ambitious plan for young people.

She added that summer Opera festivals in Alexandria and Damanhour has become one of the signs of the map of Egyptian culture in the provinces.

On his part, Sabry said that the inauguration ceremony has succeeded in attracting large numbers of Alexandria people, reflecting the ability of the public to select the valuable artistic production.

Sabry stressed that the program of festivals in Alexandria and Damanhour have been carefully selected to include various creative for the stars of music and singing. The festival gives the opportunity for the promising Ensemble to express themselves and prove their artistic abilities.

Furthermore, Ayamna Al-Hilweh Ensemble has presented a collection of works of old beautiful days, in addition to a selection of light works and songs of the 1990's, which brought to mind many artistic memories.
