Culture, Military Production Ministers Inspect 1st Mobile Theaters Model

The State Military Production Minister, Mohamed Ahmed Morsy, received the Minister of Culture Inas Abdel Dayem and Governor Abdel Hamid el- Hagan, governor of Qalyubia, in the headquarter of Helwan Diesel Engines Company 909 Military Factory- affiliated to the Ministry of Military Production; they discussed ways of cooperation in preparing and constructing mobile theaters.

 

Dr. Abdel Dayem congratulated Morsi for assuming the Ministerial post asThe Military Production Minister.

 

Afterwards, the two ministers inspected the first comprehensive mobile theater model, and its accessories including lighting equipment, power generation units, mobile toilets and a mobile studio- which were implemented by Helwan Diesel Engines Factory -909 Military Factory.

Abdel Dayem expressed her full confidence in the role played by the Ministry of Military Production to support culture and spread awareness.

 

Abdel Dayem expressed her pride in what she saw during her tour - the first mobile theater model, noting that a number of theaters that have been suspended from work have been delivered to the Ministry of Military Production in order to enable them to resume work.

 

The Minister of Culture also explained that her Ministry seeks to increase the number of  mobile theaters to deliver the cultural services to the most needy areas and to support the artistic crews in all governorates.

 

The Minister of Culture pointed out that the ministry also seeks to provide mobile family libraries to villages in various governorates to spread awareness and encourage citizens to read.

 

She added that it is possible to make use of the mobile vehicles produced by the military production companies after equipping them, in a way that suits the nature of mobile theaters or family libraries in light of the fruitful cooperation between the two ministries.

 

 

 

On his part, Morsi declared that the Ministry of Military Production believes in the role of art and culture in society and in developing the minds of young people as well as spreading awareness to achieve community development.

 

Furthermore, Morsi explained that the Ministry of Military Production is always ready to provide the necessary support to the Ministry of Culture in the cultural, artistic and educational projects, supporting mobile theaters by raising the efficiency of the existing ones or building new ones.

 

He also added that a contract was signed with the Ministry of Culture represented by the General organization of Culture Palaces to implement six mobile theaters and equip them with all the necessary accessories.

 

The accessories include lighting, cameras, in addition to any other equipment available at the military production companies.
