Cream, Mushroom Soup..Your Way to Astound Guests!

Mushroom soup is just a satisfying bowl of thick creamy mixture that can help a lot in your invitations and astound your guests.

Its ingredients are almost available in your kitchen and its preparation doesn’t take more than minutes. Here’s the recipe

Ingredients

1 tbsp flour

3 tbsp butter

500 mg chicken broth

500 mg full cream milk

250 mg mushroom, cut into slices

½ cup cooking cream

Salt and pepper

Recipe

In a pan set on medium heat, melt 2 tbsp of butter, then add flour and stir for 2 minutes.

Before flour turns to brown color, add chicken broth and set the components for 10 minutes.

As a next step, add milk and stir for 10 more minutes.

In another pan, melt 1 tbsp of butter then add mushroom, salt, pepper and stir constantly till it’s done.

Add the mushroom as well as the cooking cream in the prepared soup and stir for couple of minutes.

For garnishing, add some fried mushroom with pinch of pepper on its top.
