Lebanon has decided to impose a three-day total lockdown, starting from Saturday to Tuesday, as a move to curb the spread of COVID-19 cases.
This decision came in coinciding with Easter and Labor day holidays.
The country will go under a similar lockdown on Eid al-Fitr which marks the end of the holy months of Ramdan.
It is worth mentioning that, Lebanon reported 1,001 cases and 29 deaths on Friday.
