The Nasr City Court will resume the trial of the wife of former El-Ahly player Shady Mohamed, her brother, and 3 others in the case, where he blamed her and her family for stealing his apartment.
The Public Prosecution had ordered the defendants to be referred to a crime court, after they were charged with stealing money from the player’s apartment and damaging his private property.
The prosecution heard the statements of Shady Mohamed, who accused his wife and her brothers, stressing that the incident took place while he was accompanying his children on vacation to Ain Sukhna.
The inspection of the prosecution revealed that the doors of Shady's apartment were broken and that the iron door was broken, from the side of the lock and the interior doors, with his stuff scattering across the apartment, the theft of financial items, the Republic of the first class medals, video cameras and other collectibles.
The Nasr City Police Department was the first to receive a notification from the Emergency Police of the exposure of the apartment of the former Ahly captain Shady Mohamed, on the fourth floor in Abu Dawoud Al-Dhahri Street. The Department filed an incident of intrusion and theft by unknown persons.
