China’s National Health Commission announced on Monday, that the death toll from the new Coronavirus has risen to 1770.

Moreover, it added that the total number of infection cases in the country has risen to 70548.

It is worth mentioning that, China is trying with all its might to confront the effects resulting from the outbreak of the new Coronavirus, via a series of strong and effective measures that seek to reduce the number of deaths and injuries caused by this deadly virus.

Earlier, Chinese President Xi Jinping stressed that his country is “fully capable” of eradicating the new coronavirus, while China‘s economy will not be affected by this virus.

Wuhan, in China’s Hubei province, has become the epicenter of a virus outbreak.

The 301 Egyptians who were evacuated from Wuhan, China, earlier this month have now been released from the first mandatory quarantine over coronavirus.

The group, that faced numerous health screenings both in China and during their trip and quarantine, has now been “medically cleared,” health officials said Monday, making it possible for them to leave El-Negelah Central Hospital in Marsa Matrouh.

This step comes in the implementation of Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s directives to take all necessary measures to ease the return of Egyptians from Wuhan.
