Coronavirus cases worldwide exceed 152 mln

Johns Hopkins University announced on Wednesday that 152199538 people were infected with Coronavirus  worldwide, including three million and 3192613 deaths.

Egypt’s Ministry of Health and Population said in a post on its official page on "Facebook", that the Coronavirus vaccine is safe, effective and stimulates the immune system to form antibodies to protect the body from the virus.

The Ministry of Health and Population called on citizens to register for receiving the vaccine on the website www.egcovac.mohp.gov.eg or to visit the nearest health unit office.

The Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population announced that the number of new coronavirus cases has increased significantly in the past few days, as people rushed to markets to buy commodities ahead of the holy month of Ramadan, in addition to the lack of commitment to precautionary and preventive measures to confront the virus.

The COVID-19 cases have been recorded in more than 210 states.
