Major General Dr. Rady Abd El Moaty, the Consumer Protection Agency (CPA) head, said that all suppliers, agents, guarantors, producers and maintenance service providers are obliged to provide emergency services for the maintenance and repair of cars/durable goods during holidays in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.

This comes within the framework of the state's strategy and the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to officials to tackle problems of citizens and take all measures to protect consumers.

The government's comprehensive program, announced by Prime Minister, Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, aims to create unconventional mechanisms to deal with citizens' complaints and the need to take all urgent measures that contribute to controlling markets.
