Today a press conference was held to announce details about the World Squash Championships CIB PSA Women's World Championship 2019-2020 and CIB Egyptian Squash Open Tournament.
The tournaments are expected to launch from October 24-November 1 at the pyramids plateau.
CIB’s sponsorship is part of the Bank’s commitment toward supporting the sport in Egypt.

CIB is also a partner of Wadi Degla Club, which is firmly leading the next generation of Egyptian squash champions into the black ball game.
The Bank has sponsored top-ranked Egyptian squash players, including no. 1 on the Men’s PSA World Squash List Aly Farag, and his wife Nour El-Tayeb, who is ranked 3rd on the Women’s PSA World List.
The CIB PSA Women's World Championship awards are worth $ 430,000, while CIB Egyptian Squash Open awards are set at $ 185,000.
The conference will be held in the presence of world champions Raneem El Welily, Nour El-Sherbini, and Mohamed El-shorbagy.

President of the International Squash Federation, President of Egyptian Squash Federation Assem Khalifa, Chairman of the Egyptian Tourism Promotion Authority Ahmed Youssef, Chairman & Managing Director of CIB Hisham Ezz Al-Arab, CEO & Board Member of CIB Hussein Abaza, as well as tournament director Amr Mansi will be among the attendees.
