Caesar salad is an Italian plate that can be served in many recipes, but the one with chicken is the most popular among all.
It can be served as a main dish for those who are on diet as it’s rich in vitamins, water and protein. Here’s the recipe.
1 big lettuce, chopped into small pieces.
Grilled chicken breast, cut into medium cubes.
¼ cup Parmesan or Mozzarella cheese.
¾ cup olive oil
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp salt
¼ cup lemon juice
½ cup toast, cut into cubes
Pinch of black pepper
2 mashed garlic cloves
5 dried cherry tomato
In a bowl, add the lettuce and grilled chicken.
In another bowl, prepare the sauce by mixing olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, garlic, mayonnaise, Parmesan or Mozzarella cheese and stir all well.
Pour the sauce on the chicken and lettuce then add the toast cubes and dried tomato after that.
Serve the plate as a main or side dish.
