Chaos at London Airports as More than 100 Flights Canceled

Passengers at London’s Heathrow and Gatwick airports are facing more travel chaos after airlines canceled more than 100 flights on Sunday.

The British newspaper, “The Evening Standard”, said that British Airways and EasyJet canceled many flights at London’s Heathrow and Gatwick airports.

It is believed that about (15 - 20) thousand passengers have been affected by the cancellation of flights.

Airlines have blamed the ongoing cancellations on staff shortages caused by coronavirus-related absences.
