In 2006, the idea of the Ceramica Cleopatra FC came into effect, and it became one of the clubs of the Egyptian Football Association, after the idea crystallized in the mind of Aboul Enein, who rejected the idea of continuing were the others have left, but rather forging up an entity from scratch.
The Cleopatra Group founder refused the idea of sponsoring or buying any club that has gone a long way in this field, but rather he decided, with his usual persistence, to "start something new".

Their aspirations continued, their persistence continued, the morale rose, and the team maintained its principles, adhering to sporting ethics, adhering to competing with honor and integrity as the team fought to reach the Premier League.
In their third season 2018/2019, Ceramica Cleopatra were one step away from qualifying, the team occupied second place in the competition’s ranking table, and while their rivals FC Masr qualified for the Premier League.
