American rapper Cardi B filed for porce from husband Offset in Fulton County, Georgia, on Tuesday, after nearly 3 years of marriage.
The “Bodak Yellow” rapper filed the documents in Georgia, where the couple has a home together. She is asking for "primary physical custody" of their daughter, Kulture, 2, as well as for Offset to contribute to her support.
Also, the filing states that the couple is living in a "bona fide state of separation" and that their marriage is "irretrievably broken".
The hearing for their porce is set for November 4.
The estranged couple tied the knot in a secret ceremony on Sept. 20, 2017. Cardi B did not confirm their nuptials until nearly a year later when she was pregnant.
Their relationship has been tumultuous from the start. The 27-year-old rapper had publicly called out Offset for cheating on her while they were married.
In 2018, the Grammy-winner announced on Instagram that they were no longer together, but she ultimately decided to stay with him.
The couple has yet to publicly address the split.
