A number of officials in Canada have warned of the spread of the new variants of the Coronavirus ( known also as COVID-19) among the young people in the country.

“CNN”   US network revealed that these variants threaten especially, the young Canadians.

The US  network quoted Canada’s Prime Minister Justin Trudeau as saying, over a news conference on COVID-19  in Ottawa,  that if even the end of the pandemic is imminent, the new variants of the deadly virus are more perilous.

He added that Canada is going through the last phase of this crisis which may withstand for a longer time.

Trudeau announced that Pfizer Company agreed again to increase deliveries of its vaccine against the Coronavirus.

CNN indicated that despite authorizing four vaccines in Canada, the health officials warn that these vaccines couldn’t do much to confront, contain or alleviate the percussions of the third wave of the pandemic in the Canadian hospitals.

On the other hand, the Federal government of Canada declared yesterday,  Tuesday, that Biotech-Pfizer company is going to deliver 5 million doses of the anti-Coronavirus vaccine later next summer.

By next June the company increases deliveries of the vaccine to 9 million doses.

The Canadian Premier pointed out the new deliveries of the vaccine exceeds the original number that is within the limit of four million doses in addition to scheduled doses of Moderna and AstraZeneca companies.

The statements of the Canadian PM coincided with the recommendations submitted by the National Committee of Vaccination on the distribution of AstraZeneca’s vaccine in the country.

The committee recommends stopping vaccinating people under 55 years with the vaccine produced by AstraZeneca company due to a rare possibility of thrombosis.

Health authorities in Canada have vaccinated some 300 thousand young people with the AstraZeneca vaccine without reports on harmful side effects.

But in Europe, there are reports on coagulation in younger women.
