Cairo to See Warm Weather on Saturday

The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) expects warm weather to prevail in most parts of the country, during daylight hours on Saturday.

Cairo and the northern coast will see moderately cold weather in the early morning, however, it will be warmer toward noon.

Moderately hot weather is also expected to hit North Upper Egypt, while the Red Sea Mountain trail and Upper Egypt to experience hot weather.

Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience low waves, ranging between 1 and 1.5 meters in height varying between Southeast surface winds.

Waves in the Red Sea will be moderate, ranging between 1.5 and 2 meters in height with northwestern surface winds.

Meanwhile, moderately cold weather is set to hit most of the country, at nighttime, turning to cold toward the end.

Strong mist will be formed above the highways from and to Cairo, especially those are nearby water bodies and agricultural areas.

Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 24°C in Cairo, 24°C in Alexandria, 23°C in Marsa Matruh, 26°C in Sohag, 27°C in Qena, and 30°C in Aswan.
