Cairo to See Rain by Weekend, EMA Says

The Egyptian Metrological Authority expressed that Egypt would see rain, strong activity of winds, and heavy mist by the weekend.

EMA expressed on its weekly weather forecast that there will be drizzles on the northern coast, Red Sea mountains, while the west of the northern coast will see strong sand with dust, on Wednesday.

On Thursday, temperatures will drop by 2:3 degrees, and the light rain will continue on the northern coasts, and Red sea region and the scope of the rain will be stretched to include the northern parts of Lower Egypt, alongside Halayeb and Shalateen.

Moreover, there will be an activity for wind in Great Cairo, the northern coast, and the south of Lower Egypt.

The Mediterranean will see unstable conditions as the height of the waves will be around 2:3 meters.

Regarding Friday, there will be a drizzle on the northern coast, Lower Egypt, Canal cities, and Central Sinai.

In addition, the winds will continue on the northern coast, and Lower Egypt.

Finally, the northern coast and the north of Lower Egypt will see light rain on Friday, with wind activity.
