On Wednesday, the Confederation of African Football (CAF) revealed the new logo and trophy of the African Nations Championship (CHAN).
The new trophy features a modern and elegant design that blends gold and silver, symbolizing the tournament's growth and its increasing significance across the continent.
The trophy is encircled by 54 symbolic lines, representing the African nations, with a map of the continent by the center.
CAF highlighted that this design celebrates the continuous development of African football and the shared passion for the sport.
The 2024/2025 CHAN tournament will take place in Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda from February 1 to 28.
17 teams out of 19 have already qualified for the tournament.
