US pop singer Britney Spears deactivated Tuesday her Instagram account to celebrate her engagement with Sam Asghari.

The Grammy winner used the account to communicate with her fans during her battle end her 13-year conservatorship, posting updates from the battle directly and thanking her supporters.

The sudden move had fans concerned briefly before the singer tweeted an explanation.

“Don’t worry folks … just taking a little break from social media to celebrate my engagement 💍😉 !!!! I’ll be back soon 💋🌹✨,” Spears tweeted.

Spears announced last Sunday on Instagram her engagement to Asghari. The 39-year-old singer and the actor-fitness enthusiast, 27, have been dating for four years.

The pair met on the set of Spears' “Slumber Party” music video in 2016, in which he played her love interest.

The “Criminal” singer made her relationship with Asghari public in 2017 on New Year’s Day.

Spears is two weeks away from a court hearing that could determine whether or not she remains in her conservatorship.

The arrangement is overseen by the singer's father, Jamie Spears, who has controlled her affairs since she suffered a mental health breakdown in 2008.
