Biden, Harris to meet Asian American Community Leaders

US President Joe Biden and the Vice President Kamala Harris are set to meet several Asian-American community leaders in Georgia, CBS reported on Thursday.

The meeting is scheduled on Friday. It is part of Biden-Harris Georgia visit which is the first joint tour since taking the office.

Moreover, both are set to tour the US for promoting the 1.9 trillion dollars relief package.

The meeting will come after the latest fatal attacks against Asians a few days ago leaving behind at least six Asian women killed.

Eight people have been killed in three separated shooting accidents in Georgia, US media reports confirmed on Wednesday.

The earliest attack started around 5 pm at a small Asian massage salon in a rural area north Atlanta, Georgia. The shooting left four killed, two of them died immediately at the scene of the accident, while the other two died in the hospital.

However, no suspected accusers were arrested in the scene.

Shortly, another accident took place in Buckhead, nearby Atlanta. It was a robbery incident in a Spa. Three women found dead inside the place. They dead from fatal gun wounds.
