U.S. President Joe Biden said on Saturday that the Senate approval of the $1.9 trillion coronavirus relief bill means that Americans, with annual incomes under $75,000, can start to receive $1,400 payments this month.
Biden added during a press statement at the White House that the provisions of the law will speed up manufacturing, transportation and the distribution of vaccines, saying 'It's a good day today. Help is on the way'.

He pointed out that more than 85% of American families would receive payments, and families with two children, receiving $100,000 a year, will be paid about $5,600.
The plan is one of the largest stimulus bills in U.S. history and gives Biden his first major legislative victory, after it was approved by 50 to 49 votes.
