Amr Youssef to Play 'Khaled Bin Al-Walid' Role in Ramadan 2020

Egyptian Actor Amr Youssef will play the role of ‘Khaled Bin Al-Walid’ in a historical series, which is scheduled to be premiered on Egyptian TV Channels during the holy month of Ramadan in 2020.

The series will depict the story life of Khaled Bin Al-Walid’, who was a war legend and companion of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). It will be directed by Raouf Abdelaziz, written by Islam Hafez and produced by Synergy Productions.

The latest work of Amr Youssef was Welad Rezk 2, starring Ahmed Ezz، Ahmed al-Fishawi and Mohamed Mamdouh.

Amr Youssef is a young Egyptian actor. He was born on December 23، 1980. His career in entertainment began with television commercials and music videos.

Thereafter، Nour Al Shereef brought his talents to the public’s attention when he cast him in the television series “Al Daly” in 2007. Following this crucial step forward، Amr’s career as movie star took off.

Since then، he's appeared in "Nour Ainy" (2010)، "Rad Fa'al" (2011)، and the popular 2013 Ramadan drama "Niran Sadeeka" (Friendly Fire).

He is known for his roles in the 2016 film “Hepta: The Last Lecture”، in the 2015 film “Welad Rezk”، in the 2011 film “Rad Faal”.

He is also known for his roles in 2016 TV series “Grand Hotel”، 2015 TV series “Zarf Aswad”، in 2014 TV series “Ad Tanazoly”، in 2013 TV series “Niran Sadeeka”، and in 2011TV series “Al Moatn X”.

Amr Youssef is among the biggest Egyptian stars and heartthrobs as of late. He's best known for his performance as 'Tayea' in the 2018 series among other uber-popular works, including Grand Hotel, Awlad Rezk, and Hepta.
