Dr. Mustafa El-Feki the Alexandria Library director, explained that Sudan's position on the Renaissance Dam negotiations and its accession to the Egyptian complaint at the United Nations makes Egypt in a better position in the negotiations especially, in light of the rigid Ethiopian position .

El-Feki noted that Egypt felt that the immediate brother was not supportive of it, now there is a shift in the situation- the Sudanese transformation is objective and serves Sudanese interests in the 1st place.

On other hand, he explained that the intransigent Ethiopian position provoked many parties other than Egypt and Sudan, which the Sudanese position transformation serves Sudanese interests especially, as those in charge of governance in Sudan know that this situation is not in their interest.

Meanwhile, the director added what is happening in America is not strange, as similar events occurred in the fifties and sixties and they were all harbingers of racist ideology rooted especially in the states of southern America.

But the director is of the opinion that the human rights wave in the world would have escalated during the past years, which will make these practices to disappear.

Also, what happened shocked the collective mind and we are all ashamed of this racist incident, pointing out that the word "I cannot breathe" which was repeated by the African American citizen before his death, has become immortal in American history.

He explained that what is happening in America is not similar with the Arab Spring "We are fond of projections and say that it is an American spring, but it is a different matter. The issue they have is not authority change, but the issue of changing an element of rooted thought."

"Unfortunately, what happened indicates that the fusion degree within American society has not yet lived up to what we had imagined, but does not reach the level of America’s collapse," he added,
