The FIFA Club World Cup involves six teams from different continental confederations, including, Europe, South America, Asia, Africa, North America, and Oceania, in addition to the host nation's league champions, which will all meet in Doha, instead of the UAE, for the ultimate prize.

Qatar will host both the 2019 and 2020 tournaments, serving as test events ahead of its hosting of the 2022 World Cup.

Liverpool - Winner of the UEFA Champions League

Al-Hilal - Winner of the AFC Champions League

Monterrey - Winner of the CONCACAF Champions League

Al-Sadd - Winner of the Qatar Stars League (Host)

What are the stadiums that will host the tournament matches?

The tournament is set to be held in three stadiums in Doha. The Jassim bin Hamad Stadium, Khalifa International Stadium and the Education City Stadium.

Meanwhile, the newly-built Education City Stadium will be a host venue for the 2022 World Cup alongside the Khalifa International Stadium.

What is the schedule of the Club World Cup?

Hienghene Sport to face Al Sadd in the first round scheduled to be kicked off on December 11.

Monterrey to face off the winners of Hienghene Sport VS Al Sadd match.

Meanwhile, Esperance Sportive de Tunis to compete against Al Hilal.

The two losing second-round teams to meet within the Fifth-place playoff on Dec, 17

With regard to the semifinals: Liverpool is set to face its rival of Monterrey or Hienghene Sport/Al Sadd, on Dec. 18. The other semi-final match will see Flamengo against Al Hilal on December 18

The two losing clubs in the semifinals will meet to determine the third-place playoff on December 21.

Finally, the tournament final match will bring together the two winning teams in the semifinals on December 21.
