The 30th edition of the Arabic Music Festival and Conference will kick off on November 1, and its activities will be hosted at several venues. Here is the festival's program and activities.
The program of this edition is very rich, and various, as there is the presence of famous superstars such as Majida A Roumi, Asala, Assi El Hellani, Samira Saed, and Ali El Haggar.
In addition, several popular voices will participate at the event such as Mohamed Assaf, Faia Younan, Waad Bahari, Carmen Soliman, Riham Abdel Hakim, Mai Farouk, and Janat.
Fountain Stage and Small Theater at Cairo Opera House, El Gomohouriya Theater, Arabic Music Institute, Damnhour Opera House, and Bibliotheca Alexandrina will host the activities of the festival.
More than 30 concerts will be organized during the 30th edition. 101 artists from 10 Arab countries such as Egypt, Lebanon, KSA, Iraq, Syria, Tunisia, Palestine, Jordan, Oman, will take part.
Minister of Culture Dr. Enas Abdel Dayem will participate in the opening ceremony of the festival at the Cairo Opera House.
On the same day, Assi El Hellani will set the ball rolling in the first festival's concert at BA, before his second performance in the festival on November 5 at Cairo Opera House with Egyptian trending singer Marwa Nagi.
On the second day of the festival, November 2, will see Ziad Bourji, and Samira Said participation at Fountain Theater, Cairo Opera House.
The legendary Saudi artist Abadi El Gohar will perform at Cairo Opera House on November 3.
Iconic singer Medhat Saleh will perform twice at the event, one at Cairo Opera House on November 4, and the other on November 7 at BA.
On the same day, pop star Ahmed Saad's concert will be staged at Damnhour Opera House, on the other hand, legendary singer Afaf Rady will perform at BA, and legendary composer Ahmed Ibrahim will perform at Arabic Music Institue.
Popular Lebanese star Wael Gassar will participate in the festival on November 6.
On November 7, trending singer Mohamed Mohsen will perform at Cairo Opera House, in addition, the same stage will pay a tribute to the iconic Wadie El Safy.
At the Arabic Music Institute, legendary Mohamed El Helw will perform a concert on November 7. He will also perform another concert on November 11 at Damanhour Opera House.
Another trending star will step into the Fountain theater stage at Cairo Opera House, Faya Younan, on November 8. She will share the stage with the popular Marwan Khoury.
Khoury's Cairo Opera House appearance will be the second in the festival after his performance at BA on November 5.
The figurative composer and musician Omar Khairat will perform at Fountain Theater at Cairo Opera House on November 9.
On the other hand, legendary Egyptian star Nadia Moustafa will headline two concerts at the festival: one at El Gomohouriya Theater on November 11, and the other will be at Damnhour Opera House on November 12.
Iconic Ali El Haggar will shine on Cairo Opera House on November 10, before his appearance at BA on November 12.
On the following day, the legendary Hany Shaker, and the popular star Carmen Soliman will share the Fountain Theater's stage together on November 11.
Tunisian superstar Saber El Robaie and the popular Egyptian voice Reham Abdel Hakim will perform at BA on November 12, and they will share the stage together at Cairo Opera House on November 13.
On November 12, several trending artists will perform at Cairo Opera House such as Janat, Mohamed Assaf, and Mohamed Rashad.
Asala will headline a performance at Cairo Opera House on November 14.
The shining Lebanese star, Majida El Roumi, will conclude the activities of the festival's 30th edition on November 15 at Cairo Opera House.
Regarding the sessions of the Arabic Music Conference, they will be hosted at the Small Theater at Cairo Opera House from November 2 to 6.
All sessions will be hosted from 10 am to 3 pm.
The same stage will host the competition of Ratiba El Hifny Music & Singing Award from November 2, to 5, starting from 4 pm to 7 pm.
