It is located in the district of Moharam Bek, so the simplest way to get to the stadium is to take a taxi, you can catch any bus heading to Moharam Bek or you can take the tram.

On the other hand, if you are in Cairo, you will take a train from Ramses Station heading to Misr Railway Station in Alexandria or take a bus heading to Alexandria. It is close to the station.
