"Walla" a Hebrew website claimed that the Chairman of the Transitional Sovereignty Council in Sudan, Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, secretly met with the advisers of the US President, Donald Trump, and the Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, according to Sputnik, a Russian news website.

The Israeli website added, this afternoon, Thursday, that two advisers of both Netanyahu and Trump advisers met with the Sudanese leader, secretly, in  Khartoum,  the capital city of Sudan, under the pretext of preparing for the announcement of the normalization of economic and diplomatic ties between Israel and Sudan.

The Hebrew website quoted relevant sources familiar with senior officials in the USA and Israel as saying that talks with Al-Burhan and other Sudanese officials will continue today, Thursday.

It is possible that the Sudanese and Israeli officials may announce in the coming days that the estrangement between the two parties will end, and the process of normalization begins.

"Walla" reported that a private Israeli plane arrived earlier yesterday evening, Wednesday, directly at Khartoum Airport, and returned to Israel after spending hours in the Sudanese capital.

That plane was previously used by official delegates for many times by the Israeli government.

On the other hand, the Hebrew newspaper "Yediot Aharonot" revealed, yesterday, Wednesday, that USA and Sudan had reached a settlement of the compensation file to remove Sudan from the list of states sponsoring terrorism.

Israel had received messages stating that normalization with Khartoum will take place before the presidential elections in the USA, scheduled for the third of November.

The Israeli newspaper reported that settlement of the thorny files between Washington and Khartoum will pave the way for establishing diplomatic relations with Israel and that there may be a tripartite conversation between the US President, Donald Trump, the Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, and the ruling regime in Sudan.

The Hebrew newspaper stated that Israel affirmed that the ruling regime in Sudan has made a decision in principle to establish diplomatic relations with Israel.
