Al Ahly director of football, Sayed Abdelhafiz, said on Friday that all the players in the squad tested negative for coronavirus ahead of Wydad encounter.
Morocco's Wydad are set to host the Red Devils in the first tie of the CAF Champions League semi-finals on Saturday.
All the players have undergone PCR tests in their residence, according to the precautionary measures implemented by the Confederation of the African Football (CAF).
It is worth mentioning that CAF had announced earlier that Egypt would host the final match of the Champions League.
