Al Ahly: 1 Positive COVID-19 Infection within Team's Delegation

Al Ahly's Club World Cup delegation in Qatar were officially notified that the medical swab that was conducted Friday evening upon the team's arrival in Qatar, all came negative except for one positive case.

All members of the technical, administrative and medical staff along with the players results turned out negative for COVID-19 except for Mohamed Morgan, the club's executive director, whose swab came out positive.

Morgan's result was positive despite his last scan that he underwent along with the whole delegation hours before leaving Cairo was negative.

Morgan showed no symptoms, and his health condition is more than excellent according to the Red Castle's official website, however he has been temporarily isolated and will undergo a second medical swab within the next 72 hours to check on him.
